The Valley Film Festival

The Valley Film Festival is an all-volunteer non-profit arts org that believes media/music/film can help inspire and change lives. We're community driven, easy-going, and fun. We're looking for creators, or those wishing to learn more, to volunteer/intern (for school credit) to join a team allowing us to stand out and support independent artists and filmmakers.

We're specifically looking for like-minded individuals to join us on the TikTok and IG platforms, to engage our filmmakers and community, but if you rock another platform, please let us know.

You won't be alone (unless you work best that way) and we'll be with you every step of the way to brainstorm, write ad copy, etc. You bring your editing skills, passion for indie film/music/art and storytelling, and a few hours each week between May and mid-August 2024.

Founded in 2000, The Valley Film Festival, a project of Community Partners, holds the proud title of the first film festival in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley and is designed to bring together established filmmakers, emerging talent, and their audiences on the studio backlot - just North of Hollywood.

We're an all-volunteer, community driven group with a passion for local and foreign films & are looking for like-minded people to join us.
