Senior Care Home Entertainment (SCHE) is a non-profit on a mission to overcome loneliness and depression in senior care homes by bringing joy and connection. We're looking for a dedicated Volunteer Content Writing Manager to lead our team of talented writers!

In this leadership role, you'll:

• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with SCHE's mission and target audience.
• Manage and mentor a team of volunteer content writers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Assign content creation tasks, ensuring high-quality writing and adherence to editorial style guides.
• Edit and proofread content before publication, maintaining consistency and clarity.
• Brainstorm engaging content ideas for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses a strong command of the English language and a proven track record in content management.
• Has experience developing and implementing content strategies
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, fostering creativity and collaboration among a team.
• Is passionate about SCHE's mission and enjoys crafting content that uplifts and informs.
• Can volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per week.
• Is available for weekly team meetings
