Meals on Wheels OC is running a program through the end of summer that targets and minimizes the sad effects of senior isolation. This new initiative promotes cross-generation socialization. To tie into our pre-existing lunches that our 60+ year old seniors attend all across North and Central Orange County weekly, we have established a program where we invite guests ages 0-59 to join us for lunch and share a free meal while interacting with our seniors. If you or anyone you know would enjoy bridging the gap between generations and serving our seniors through communion and fellowship, or if you would be interested in helping by serving the meals or offering a special performance, please inquire here.
