Since 1994, we've transformed lives by reconditioning donated cars and providing reliable transportation to those in need. As an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your car donation is tax-deductible. Role DescriptionJoin our Social Media team as an intern or volunteer and be a part of spreading the word about an initiative that truly changes lives. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Analyze social media performance and report on insights to guide future campaigns.
- Engage with our community online to boost our presence and impact.
- This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, with options for remote work, offering flexibility and a chance to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
- Ability to produce creative content, including basic graphics.
- Experience with social media analytics and management tools.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in social media advertising is advantageous but not required.

Description
Since 1994, Auto Technical, Inc. has been fortunate enough to receive car donations in Minneapolis and St. Paul. In the past 20 years, our service territory has grown throughout all of Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, enabling us to have an enormous impact on the communities we serve.
Thanks to these generous donations we can provide vehicles to those in need as part of our Project Family Car program. We jumpstart lives by giving struggling families the important gift of reliable transportation. At the same time, we help donors "go green in Minnesota" through our green-repair-reuse commitment. We help to keep vehicles out of wrecking yards where auto parts become unused waste.
