Office support is needed in our Pittsburgh office. If you like to file, organize and complete general office duties, we would love your help to support our team. This is also a good opportunity to learn about the business side of end of life care. Internship oppritunities are also avaliable. We would love your help. General duties include but not limited to:
Filing
Building patient binders and training manuals
Compiling admission packets
Making copies
Packaging or organizing patient supplies
Office mailings
At Transitions Care we rely on the support from our volunteers to share their time and talents to provide the highest level of care. We believe volunteers are a vital part to the patient care team as they provide comfort and companionship to the patient like no other. We have several volunteer opportunities to choose from that can be tailored to fit your busy schedule.

Description
Transitions Care LLC is a premier, multi-state, Midwest hospice care service. After a less than favorable experience with hospice when his father was terminally ill, our founder felt compelled to create an environment that met and exceeded the fundamental expectations his experience had not. Our founder believed the focus of hospice should be on living, not dying, and it is the obligation of a hospice to be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He has created an environment and team that believes and lives by his commandments: TO COMMIT TO HOSPICE, EACH PERSON IS UNIQUE, AND ALWAYS DOES THE RIGHT THING.
