Four Corners Group is currently seeking a volunteer to assist our organization in drafting an organizational and employee handbook. Our small non-profit is growing, and the need for clear, concise documentation around processes, procedures, best practices and more is important as we strive to serve youth and families in the best ways possible.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Human Resources and/or Operations, and have a gift for writing in clear, concise language. The candidate will also be an excellent verbal communicator and will be able to take time to work with the various Four Corners Group team to document organizational needs.

This position can be performed remotely, but will need timeliness with our Atlanta-based team. The goal is to draft several handbooks (Board, Employee, Organizational) over the next 60 days (April-June) for future use. Templates and/or models can be utilized and contextualized to our organization. As this is a project-based volunteer role, hours and timing are flexible within the desired timeframe of a 60 day turnaround.
