Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent and communicative Email Checker and Responder to join our team. This role involves managing our incoming emails, ensuring that all communications from volunteers are responded to promptly and accurately. This position is perfect for someone with excellent written communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the volunteer email inbox daily.
• Read and sort incoming emails to identify priority communications and route them to appropriate departments if necessary.
• Respond to emails from volunteers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and respectful manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
• Keep accurate records of communications and follow up as required.
• Work closely with the volunteer coordination team to ensure that all volunteer needs are met and that their contributions are acknowledged.
• Provide feedback to the management team on common questions or concerns raised by volunteers to help improve organization practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in email management and internet navigation.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in customer service or volunteer management is preferred.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
