Responsibilities:

  • Craft, edit, and publish compelling posts on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Tailor social media content to resonate with our target audience's preferences and behaviours.
  • Select visually appealing images and videos to enhance textual content.
  • Keep our social media pages updated with exciting company news.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful advertising posts for events, open roles, and product releases.
  • Monitor and report on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates.
  • Implement advertising techniques, such as promotions and competitions, to enhance brand awareness.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to questions and comments on our social media pages.
  • Network with clients and industry professionals to foster community engagement.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Social Media Copywriter role or a similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with various social media platforms for advertising purposes.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with online paid advertising methods.
  • Ability to create compelling web content, including text, images, and videos to capture the audience's attention.
  • Excellent communication skills.
