Join our dynamic team as a volunteer IT Specialist to support Journey, the learning management platform we have designed to deliver social entrepreneurship education. This platform is designed to facilitate the growth of our users into capable and confident leaders by ensuring they have the technical tools and support needed to succeed.

As a volunteer IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the functionality and user experience of our platform, ensuring that all participants can effectively engage with our learning materials and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard 10-15 new community members and supporters onto our platform for summer programming, providing them with the necessary training and resources to serve as coaches for our entrepreneurial teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting common issues such as login and uploading problems, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of platform documentation to streamline user onboarding and troubleshooting procedures.
• Design a smooth onboarding process for new users to the platform.
• Set up a secure, centralized password management system for employees of Cambio Labs.
• Assist with AWS troubleshooting

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a strong background in IT support or a related field, with a keen interest in educational technology.
• Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and supporting a diverse group of users.
