Volunteers are needed to work at the Cleveland Orchestra Store during the day, Tuesday through Friday, evenings whenever there is a concert and at Blossom during the summer Blossom Festival Season on concert evenings. Tasks include in store selling, processing web and phone orders, merchandising, and operating the cash register. Interview and training required.

Volunteering at Severance Hall offers you an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to The Cleveland Orchestra and the Musical Arts Association. It is your chance to help us provide outstanding service and hospitality to our patrons and significantly enhance their experience in our building. As a member of the Front of House Team at Severance Hall you will experience performances by The Cleveland Orchestra and other outstanding world-class artists and ensembles throughout the year and meet interesting people who share your love of music.
