We could fill our remaining volunteer needs with one team of 15-20 volunteers, who would be willing and able to work from 7 a.m. to noon. From 7-8:30, they would set up tables and tents and possibly transport items to others who are setting up (e.g., chairs, sandbag weights for tents). After set up, they would help in various posts as described below. After the walk, they would help tear down and clean up.

There could be different volunteers for setting up and for the other tasks. Our needs would then be summarized by the following:

7-8:30 Set up (about 20 people) Chairs, tables, tents (including sandbags), mark route

8:00 - 10:30 Fill various roles as indicated

  • Registration helpers and greeters (5 people)
