ORGANIZATION: Culver City Volunteer Program

DDD Dance!

The 2024 Culver City Senior Prom will be "An Enchanted Evening" at the Veterans Memorial Building. This event will feature live music, food, dancing and more for our age 50+ community members! We are hoping to make this an intergenerational event and have our local community members as volunteers. Our plan is to have each volunteer assigned to one table (8 people) at the event and you will assist the seniors who sit there with whatever they need - food, drink, dancing and photography, etc. Volunteers will be on their feet for the shift and it will be a busy night!

We will have a short Zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 22nd from 5:30-6 PM to go over details and answer questions you may have.

If you need service hours you will receive service credit for attending the Zoom meeting. The total service credit/volunteering hours for the event will be SIX hours.

An Invitation to Serve!

Culver City Volunteer Program recruits, screens and refers volunteers to more than 80 local organizations.

We operate similar to a "placement" agency. Our goal is to find volunteer positions in and around Culver City that are a good match with your interests, skills, schedule and talents.
