The Dina and Eli Field EZRA Multi-Service Center is searching for a volunteer to lead our Right Fit Exercise class!

We are looking for a volunteer who is passionate about physical health, has past experience leading others in exercise, or has knowledge in a related field (physical education, kinesiology, physical therapy, sports medicine).

Our clients who attend this exercise class range in mobility and age. We will need an instructor who can guide the participants through various modifications of the exercises depending on the person's specific needs (seated exercise options, different versions of exercises with varying intensities).

Lastly, we want someone who is here to create a fun experience for our clients! We want our community members to feel physically healthy, but the goal of this class is to provide a positive atmosphere where clients can participate in safe, engaging, and judgement-free exercises.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, reach out today by clicking the 'I Want to Help' button!
