If you are searching for a way to make a real difference in the lives of others, you belong with Gentiva Hospice. Hospice veteran volunteers are a valuable part of our care team and improve the quality of life for our veteran patients and families at a time that life matters most.

As a Gentiva volunteer, you make a difference in many ways:

• Providing companionship to patients
• Running errands or performing light housekeeping
• Offer respite for caregivers
• Delivering uplifting flower bouquets

Your volunteer hours are set around your schedule. Initial and ongoing training will be provided. No medical experience is needed to volunteer. We are currently in need of volunteers in the Shelby County area.
