Take a break from your routine, get outside, get your hands dirty, and work together on a fun service project that makes a difference in your community!
Join the CSB’s team of master gardeners with a special yard project at a CSB recovery center in Fairfax (22030). Volunteers will help replace the existing wooden beds with new cedar beds.
WHEN: Saturday, April 27 from 9:00am to noon.
We will provide all the tools/supplies needed for the volunteers. If you are interested in lending a hand, send an email to csbvolunteer@fairfaxcounty.gov.

The Fairfax-Falls Church CSB’s mission is to provide and coordinate a system of community-based supports for individuals and families of Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church who are affected by developmental delay, intellectual disability, serious emotional disturbance (youth), mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Description
When you join our volunteer team, you will receive training, supervision, diverse educational experiences, and opportunities for personal growth. Various positions are available throughout Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The times and days available are flexible and include some evening and weekend opportunities, as well as regular weekday hours. By providing direct service, administrative support, or participating in special projects, volunteers are valuable members of our team.
