To provide the program assistance with assorted program tasks, including but not limited to Clubhouse member (aka patient) support, staff support and data collection. The Opportunity Project Clubhouse is a unique program created by and for adults with brain injuries who are seeking the "next step" in their journey of recovery.
Member Support
- Oversee daily member task assignments
- Offer assistance to members who may need extra support in completing tasks
- Monitor use of mental health check-in with designated members
- Facilitate recreational activities with members during downtime
- Provide assistance to members during lunch as needed
Program Staff Support
- Organize materials for individual sessions and/or groups
- Assist with set-up, facilitation, and clean-up of groups
Data Collection
- Assist in collecting and organizing data for evaluation of programming
- Administer Social Determinants of Health screenings with membership
- Administer Quality of Life screenings with membership
9:00am to 3:00pm, at least two days per week, Monday through Friday. (Days and times are flexible to meet the volunteer’s schedule, or according to Opportunity Project needs.)
