About Neuro-Wellness Alliance

Location:

4500 Park Granada, Suite 202, Palmdale, CA 93552, US

Mission Statement

Neuro-Wellness Alliance is a nonprofit organization created to help those living with chronic, progressive neurological conditions to fight back through exercise programs such as boxing, ping pong and other wellness therapies. Our Neuro-Adaptive Fitness Programs are designed to target specific physical and cognitive aspects of Parkinson's, Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury to help our members live a better quality of life.

Description

Our exercise and wellness program for Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders was created in 2022 by Co-Founder Jennifer Parkinson who has lived with young onset Parkinson’s for over 19 years.

Our Neuro-Adaptive Boxing program has been successful in helping our members combat the symptoms of Parkinson's through high intensity exercise, strength and balance training, agility and coordination drills and cognitive retraining.

Our Ping Pong class for Brain Health helps improve focus, attention and improve memory skills and reaction time.

In the last 15 years, Jennifer has created multiple boxing fitness programs for Parkinsons and educated and trained health and fitness professionals to support them to create their own community based boxing programs for those with Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders.

Our goal is to create more community based programs such as our Boxing and Ping Pong wellness classes to make these programs more accessible to those in underserved areas and populations where there are very little support and resources.
