Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our disaster response and management operations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the disaster management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with academic institutions, to source potential candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  5. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as the main point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  6. Employer Branding: Promote Precious Pairs Disaster Management as an employer of choice through effective communication of our mission, values, and culture.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, tracking recruitment metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and departmental heads to streamline recruitment processes and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.
