Program Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation and execution of various programs within the organization.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Continuously assess and improve program effectiveness, implementing changes as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders related to program matters.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in program budgeting and scheduling.
