Program Director

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the implementation and execution of various programs within the organization.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Continuously assess and improve program effectiveness, implementing changes as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders related to program matters.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in program budgeting and scheduling.
