An online tutor typically provides academic or professional assistance to someone over the Internet. As opposed to in-person tutoring, the student and his or her tutor may never meet one another face to face. All contact is made via email or on our web-based Platform @ www.learntobe.org/4477

Tutors meet with students to clarify and review concepts taught in class, explain processes and help students solve specific problems. Tutoring supports classroom-centered activities, and as such, the emphasis and content of the tutoring sessions is determined by the student's needs.

Description

Sheldon Heights Church of Christ strives to be an integral part of the community by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our neighbors.

One of our on-going outreach programs is SAFE HAVEN designed to offer children (grades kindergarten through high school) in the church and our community a safe place to be after school (and during the summer break).
