Adventure Central promotes positive youth development, education, and leadership skills using an environmental foundation in a welcoming, safe, fun, active setting. The purpose of Five Rivers MetroParks is to protect natural areas and parks and river corridors and to promote the conservation and use of these lands and waterways for the ongoing benefit of the people in the region. With over 16,000 acres of land to protect and over 160 miles of trail to manage, not to mention all of the amazing facilities, programs, and special events; Five Rivers MetroParks depends on the support of volunteers just like YOU year-round to make the difference. - We are looking for volunteers who can serve from 5-6:30pm evenings Monday-Thursday interpreting program content for Spanish speaking student. We would like a volunteer who can take each shift or potentially 2 volunteers who could split up the week.
