Title: STEM & SEL Curriculum Innovator

Looking for: Program staff, subject matter experts, educators
Shape Young Minds Through Transformative Learning Experiences!
We're seeking an innovative Curriculum Innovator to develop cutting-edge STEM and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. Craft immersive educational experiences that inspire and empower the next generation of vanguards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design dynamic, interdisciplinary curricula integrating STEM concepts and SEL competencies
- Develop engaging lesson plans, hands-on activities, and assessment tools
- Ensure alignment with learning standards and VVFI's vision
- Incorporate diverse perspectives and culturally responsive pedagogies
- Identify opportunities for community/industry partnerships to enrich programs
- Support training for educators facilitating STEM/SEL curricula
Qualifications:
- Expertise in STEM fields, education, youth development or related disciplines
- Creativity in instructional design for diverse learning styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for empowering youth through innovative education
- Commitment of 10 hours per week for at least 6 months
