Location:

24060 RITAS LN, PERRIS, CA 92570, US

Mission Statement

We take in abandoned, unwanted small farm animals, those that no one else could or would. We give them the love and care they deserve for the rest of their lives. We offer opportunities for education about caring for the earth and its inhabitants. information on conserving and repurposing, animal care and welfare, natural living, and veganism (for those interested). Community volunteering opportunities are available to help facilitate a sense of worth, being a part of something meaningful to the earth.

Description

We have provided sanctuary to over 100 animals that may have (and some definitely would have) been slaughtered or euthanized.
We have provided opportunities to the public to learn about the plight of some of these animals, others have been able to heal by helping the animals heal.
Mentoring opportunities for young community members.
Volunteer hours meet requirements for community service for court-mandated programs and scholastic and professional resumes.
We have been an asset to the community, improving road conditions and picking up trash (some for repurposing).
