Job Description: Dunk4Dreams is seeking a Social Media Director -Volunteer to lead our organization's online presence and engagement. This pivotal role entails crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our reach, drive awareness, and foster a vibrant community around our mission and offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the creation and curation of engaging social content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Manage and grow our social media following, increasing reach and engagement
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into their initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of volunteer social media specialists
• Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure our organization stays at the forefront
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance strategies
