Generational Wealth Educators (GWE) is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families with the resources and knowledge needed to build sustainable generational wealth. We are currently seeking an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing our donor base, crafting corporate sponsorship packages, enhancing relationships with existing donors, and establishing a comprehensive fundraising system that incorporates best practices and efficiency metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donor Development: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential donors to expand GWE's donor base.
• Corporate Sponsorships: Design and implement corporate sponsorship packages, tailoring proposals to meet corporate objectives while supporting GWE's mission.
• Donor Cultivation: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors through regular updates, acknowledgment, and engagement strategies.
• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan that includes annual targets, strategies for donor acquisition and retention, and a calendar of fundraising events.
• System Implementation: Build out a fundraising system utilizing best practices for tracking and efficiency, ensuring a robust framework for managing donor information and activities.
• Team Training: Serve as a key resource in fundraising efforts, willing to educate and train other team members in fundraising best practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in developing donor bases and securing corporate sponsorships.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to articulate GWE's mission and impact compellingly.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a track record of taking initiative and leading projects to success.
• Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and systems.
• Willingness to serve as a mentor and trainer to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth in fundraising competencies.
