  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to provide insights from a testing perspective.
  • Advocate for quality and user satisfaction, ensuring that the app meets the high standards of Believe in Me.
Qualifications
  • Experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a solid understanding of test methodologies and strategies (experience with web and mobile app testing preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to the mission and values of "Believe in Me" and a passion for making a difference in the lives of first-generation college students.
  • Prior volunteer experience or involvement with non-profits is a plus but not required.
Why Volunteer With Us?
  • Make a tangible impact on the lives of first-generation college students, providing essential support and resources to help them succeed.
