As a clerical Hospice Volunteer you will asssit our team with essential admonistrative tasks that ensure our patients and their families receive the care they need. Your support behind the secenes will make a lasting impact.
Duties may include:
- Answering phonesand greeting vsitors
- Filing, organizing and preparing documents
- Data entry and record keeping
- Assiting with mailings and office projects
- Supporting volunteer coordination and event planning
Who can volunteer:
We welcome individuals who are reliable detail- oriented and comfortable working in an office setting. No prior experince is necessary- training wil be provided. Volunteers must be 18 years of age and pass a background and drug screen.

Harbor Hospice was founded in 2005 by Quamar Arfeen MD, FCCP. Here at Harbor Hospice, we are committed to providing comprehensive, competent, quality care, optimizing comfort and dignity consistent with the patients and their families. We are accredited with The Joint Commission and also participate in the We Honor Veterans Program.
