We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Corporate Sponsorship and Partnership Representative to join our team on a volunteer basis. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of corporate partners and securing sustainable funding through corporate fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cause-driven work, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in developing successful cause marketing campaigns and sponsorship concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate entities interested in supporting our mission through sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
2. Develop and execute innovative cause marketing campaigns to engage corporate sponsors and raise awareness of our organization.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and tailor sponsorship packages that align with corporate partners' objectives and values.
4. Research industry trends and best practices in corporate fundraising to inform strategic decision-making and maximize revenue generation.
5. Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate partners, providing personalized support and ensuring a positive partnership experience.
6. Track and report on the progress of corporate sponsorship and partnership initiatives, including financial metrics and impact measurements.
7. Represent HireLiving at networking events, conferences, and other relevant forums to promote corporate engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sustainable corporate partnerships and cause marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate our organization's mission and value proposition to diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative sponsorship concepts and campaigns.
