1. Project Overview:

• A. Project Name: Metaverse International School "OUSIA" Launch Project
• B. Vision: "Democratization of Education" To create a world where anyone can realize their dreams, anywhere, anytime
• C. Mission: "Creating Possibilities" To provide the opportunity for everyone to discover and realize what they truly want to become
• D. Goal: "204020" To create a world where all 2 billion children have access to education by 2040
• E. Current Project Status: Currently, we are promoting the launch of the Metaverse International School "OUSIA" with over 160 members from 16 countries, aged 15 to 70 years old. We are also holding a "Metakura" event for elementary school students to create a school within the metaverse. ​
• F. Metaverse Platform: Cluster is the main platform. VRChat is also used.

2. Activities

• A. Metakura (Craft event to build a school on the metaverse)
  1. Toyama Metakura, 40 elementary school students participated

  3. Shizuoka Metakura, 16 elementary school students participated
• B. DEP (Dream & Expert Presentation on the Metaverse)
  1. Dream presentation of "Metaverse Schools of the World" by future education creators
  2. Expert presentation of "How to build self-confidence" by educational counselor
  3. Expert presentation of "The importance of laughing" by former Yoshimoto comedian and judo therapist
  4. Dream presentation of "How to create the future of children" by metaverse evangelist Yuzu Minase

3. Members to be recruited:

• A. Positions available: There are no particular restrictions on the positions available, but we are particularly looking for the following four positions!
  • Creator : Create the metaverse world, videos, and illustrations
  • Sharer : Disseminate information about OusiaDAO on social media, blogs, etc.
  • Eventer : Plan and manage real/metaverse events
  • Teacher : Teach your knowledge and experience to children and other Ousia members
• B. Required skills and experience:
  • B.1. English communication skills
    • ┗＞Communicate primarily in English on Discord
  • B.2. Interested in Web3/Web4 and cutting-edge tech (metaverse, blockchain, generative AI, etc.)
    • ┗＞Actively utilize cutting-edge technology, such as holding weekly metaverse events and using AI in everyday tasks.
      ※Even if you are not able to utilize it at the moment, you can learn how to utilize it and the latest information from the members, so let's learn together!
  • B.3. Ability to take proactive action (self-motivated)
    • ┗＞OusiaDAO has a variety of roles, and you can choose the role you want to play and work with other members to complete the tasks, so it is good to have the ability to proactively proceed on your own.
  • B.4. Experience in Web3/4 business (experience in token economics design and metaverse development, etc.)
  • B.5. Experience in launching and running educational institutions (school corporations, cram schools, international schools, free schools, etc.)

OusiaDAO's activities are an innovative educational project that is completely different from others.

As a member of OusiaDAO

1. Apply from this site
2. Add and join the communication tool "Discord"
3. Have a one-hour online interview with the representative of OusiaDAO
   • ┗＞Hearing about the reason why you are interested in Ousia
   • ┗＞Explanation of OusiaDAO and Q&A session
   • ┗＞Confirmation of final intentions
4. After the interview, register as an official DAO member (mooner)
