Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive organization awareness
• Collaborate with founders to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Create compelling content for social media channels & engage with audience
• Analyze performance metrics and data for improvements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media coordination or community management
• Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content that resonates with an online audience
• Solid understanding of social media analytics, with the ability to turn insights into content strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
