· Disaster Action Team: Respond to local disasters, such as home fires, to ensure that those affected have access to resources for necessities such as food, shelter, and clothing.

· Disaster Assessment Team: Provide disaster operation leadership with information about damage to structures, impacts on the community, weather conditions and demographics of a disaster-affected community.

· Disaster Health Service Associate: Licensed healthcare professionals can provide hands-on care, health education, health assessments, and additional health-related support in shelters.

· Disaster Mental Health Service Associate: Meet the emotional needs of disaster clients, communities and other Red Cross disaster workers in disasters of all sizes. They identify individuals who need additional support, provide short-term disaster mental health interventions and refer individuals to local resources as necessary.

· Recovery Client Care Program Service Associate: Support disaster-caused needs of individuals and families with casework and recovery planning by matching Red Cross and community resources and assistance to these needs.

· Shelter Service Associate: Support the day-to-day activities within a shelter. This may include working in reception, registration, feeding, dormitory, information, or other areas within a shelter.

· Blood Donor Ambassador: Ensure blood donors have a positive and fulfilling experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Providing professionalism and kindness during a blood drive and encouraging ongoing donor support to save lives.
