What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for people who are ready to change the world. Working with the rest of the Board, Our founder, and our team of volunteers, you'll make Our Safe Space all it can be. Our growth and influence is limited only by our imaginations and determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador for Our Safe Space, promoting our mission and programs within your networks.
- Collaborate with fellow board members to develop and implement organizational policies.
- Attend monthly board meetings and and strategic planning sessions.
- Support fundraising efforts and help secure resources to sustain and grow our programs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
- Holding the vision and working towards our goals - embracing thinking outside the box to get there.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- True Commitment to our mission and each other.
- Previous board experience is a plus but not required.
