CHM Bible Theatre is seeking a talented and creative Video Manager to oversee the production and distribution of video content for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. The Video Manager will play a key role in capturing and sharing the stories, performances, and impact of our organization through compelling visual storytelling. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop and implement a comprehensive video strategy to support our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Marketing team and CEO to develop a video content strategy aligned with organizational objectives and audience needs.
2. Plan, script, and storyboard video projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience.
3. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
4. Operate video equipment, cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage of theatrical performances, rehearsals, interviews, and other events.
5. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, music, voiceover, and other elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.
6. Manage video production schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Optimize video content for distribution across digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and streaming services.
8. Maintain a video library and archive of all CHM Bible Theatre productions, performances, and promotional materials for future reference and use.
9. Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, engagement data, and audience feedback to inform future content strategy and optimization efforts.
