Board members help make plans and policy decisions, participate in fundraising, keep up-to-date on organizational progress and finances, and advise in their areas of expertise. Members attend monthly board meetings plus smaller committee meetings as needed.

The Ballet Fantastique Academy's programs include unique children's classes, elite pre-professional coaching, and scholarships for underprivileged youth. Our Chamber Ensemble's programs include the EXPERIENCE DANCE! PROJECT, which brings classical ballet of the highest artistic caliber in innovative and interactive formats to young and non-traditional audiences, sparkling professional concerts and collaborations, and the county's only Professional Dancer Development Program, which provides opportunities and incentives for talented and dedicated young professionals to grow and contribute to the arts in our area.
