HICAP Counseling Session
A typical Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Medicare session involves looking at the book "Medicare and You" and answering questions about health care options over age 65.

Volunteers with the Medicare Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) make a difference in people's lives. You will be a trusted and respected source of information for Medicare beneficiaries throughout the 6 local counties we serve. Sign up today!

Medicare Health Insurance Counseling North Bay serves Napa, Solano, Marin, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties. Volunteers will be trained and supported by staff and certified by the CA Department of Aging to make your volunteer experience a valuable one.
