We are looking for someone who is moved to help us capture candid photos of our children and families with craniofacial differences in a beautiful, dignified, creative way. We want someone who is as enthusiastic as we are to celebrate the lives of our families!

Wedding and Family photographers seem to know just how to capture a memory, and as the Executive Director of an event that is the highlight of our families' year, we really want to celebrate these moments! We do have a request for you... while I know you are in the wedding photography business, our nonprofit that helps children with facial differences love themselves. Living with a facial difference (sometimes called disfigurement) means living a life where you're always stared at, but rarely seen. We believe your work can help our children be seen and see themselves as beautiful. We'll have about 120-150 kids with facial differences in attendance, plus their families for a total of about 500 people. The event is being held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor June 27-30. We are looking for someone who is moved to help us capture candid shots of our children and families in a beautiful, dignified, creative way, during our event. We are asking for a donation of 2-4 hours shooting on location at the Hyatt Regency downtown. While I am sure you are slammed during wedding/summer season, if you have some time during these days, I know you could truly change lives. For the past seven years, we've had wedding photographers volunteer and the results have been amazing. (Matt Morgan in CA and Traci Burke in FL). We also had noted photographer Rick Guidotti (Positive Exposure) at one year's Retreat capturing stunning portraits. The photos you capture can be posted on your social media and provided to us as you see fit; no editing or finishing is required. You will be recognized and your business promoted before, during, and after the event on our website, blog, and social media outlets. Your photos and recognition will be printed in our newsletter which has a 10,000 distribution nationally and also you will be listed as an in-kind sponsor. Additionally, we will use your photos in our graphics and promotional materials, because you can't find kids that look like our kids on stock photo sites! The two best times to photograph during the event are Thursday, June 27, from 9am - 4pm, during our Educational Symposium (kids are usually running around and playing and you can pop in rooms where they are having sessions and doing crafts) and Saturday, June 27, from 1:30pm-3:30pm for our Talent Show and/or from 6pm-10pm where we have our Dinner/Dance. This is when all the kids are dressed up and feeling their best, ready to bust a move. Let me know if either of these times work for you and I will be thrilled to tell you more. Thank you for your consideration and please contact me with any questions. REQUIREMENTS

Children's Craniofacial Association exists to empower and give hope to individuals and families affected by facial differences.

1. Provide information and financial assistance to families seeking quality medical care for their child.

2. Provide support and networking for individuals and families affected by facial differences through our annual retreat, online resources, and personal connections.
