Position: Volunteer Coordinator

Location: Flexible (remote with occasional meetings in New York City)

Responsibilities:

• Lead volunteer recruitment efforts to attract diverse and talented individuals passionate about music and the arts.
• Develop and implement volunteer training programs to ensure volunteers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for their roles.
• Coordinate volunteer scheduling for events, meetings, and projects, ensuring adequate coverage and support.
• Establish recognition programs to celebrate and appreciate volunteers' contributions and milestones.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive volunteer culture.
• Experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and recognition initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with volunteers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
