Join us in providing essential support to hospice patients and their families by volunteering as a Supply Order Caller!
**Role Description:**
As a Supply Order Caller, you will assist our hospice team by contacting patients and their families once a week to collect and process supply orders. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that patients receive the supplies they need in a timely manner, enhancing their comfort and quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
- Call hospice patients and families to collect supply orders.
- Record and organize orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with our team to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and families as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and families.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with others.
- Must pass a background check

**Time Commitment:**
- One hour per week for supply order calls.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
