Tutoring Plus of Cambridge is a small nonprofit providing quality tutoring, mentoring and enrichment programs for over 60 years to economically disadvantaged students in grades 4-12 of Cambridge Public Schools. Our mission is to advance educational equity by supporting youth in their academic, personal, and socio-emotional growth through free, one-on-one tutoring and mentoring by volunteers from within their community, in a safe and supportive environment.

Tutoring Plus is currently seeking persons to join our Board of Directors, who are strongly committed to promoting social justice and education This is a unique opportunity to partner with our Executive Director in guiding an established organization with a rich history in the city of Cambridge. Our Board welcomes persons of all skills, particularly those with experience in education, finance, or human resources, as well as those connected to local agencies, institutions, and/or communities of color.
