Victory Bridge Foundation is a nonprofit serving our nation's heroes and their families. We are currently seeking a team of fundraising experts to join our team for a prestigious, celebrity studded awards ceremony to raise a voice for mental health & wellness for our nation's heroes.

  1. Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events, including securing venues, vendors, and sponsors.

  2. Donor Cultivation: Help identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and supporters.

  3. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote fundraising initiatives.

  4. Donation Processing: Help process donations, including entering donor information into databases and sending acknowledgment letters.

  5. Grant Research and Writing: Assist in researching grant opportunities and drafting grant proposals.

  6. Fundraising Campaigns: Support fundraising campaigns, including peer-to-peer fundraising, crowdfunding, and direct mail campaigns.

  7. Database Management: Help maintain donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

  8. Thank You Calls and Notes: Assist in making thank you calls or writing thank you notes to donors and supporters.

  9. Event Logistics: Assist with event logistics, such as setting up and breaking down event spaces, coordinating volunteers, and managing guest registration.

  10. Follow-Up: Assist in following up with donors and supporters after events or campaigns to provide updates and maintain engagement.

  11. Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Assist in budgeting for fundraising events and campaigns and preparing financial reports as needed.

  12. Training and Support: Provide training and support to other volunteers or team members involved in fundraising activities.

  13. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant laws and regulations and assist in preparing reports for stakeholders.

  14. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about fundraising best practices, trends, and techniques through training, workshops, and networking events.

  15. Collaboration: Collaborate with other volunteers, staff, and stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.

At Victory Bridge Foundation, we unite to bring powerful and impactful resources together in one central location - the Annual Golden Victor Awards - sparking powerhouse collaborations and fostering a resilient community with award-winning mental health and wellness resources focusing on veterans, first responders, and their families.

Leading our 2024 ceremony is none other than Ian Bohen, celebrated for his roles in "Yellowstone" and "Teen Wolf." Alongside an array of influential figures, Ian will spearhead our collective effort to ignite conversations, raise mental health awareness, and fortify a robust support community.

Our Digital Programs include our Resilience & Recovery Zoom Peer Support Groups that meet weekly. Resilience & Recovery is the start of a Digital and Real-World Interconnected Community dedicated to providing resources, support, camaraderie, community activities and events, all in one central location for our Nation's Heroes to find solace, support, resources, and lifelong friendships as they thrive on their wellness journey.
