The Ambassador Volunteer welcomes and assists patients, their families and visitors entering the clinic. Volunteers working in this capacity answer questions, provide information, way finding and transports patients to outpatient procedures, This service area requires volunteers to be on their feet or walking a large portion of their shift.

Volunteers have been serving Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital since the hospital doors opened in 1964. Today, almost 300 volunteers serve the hospital with the ultimate goal of enhancing the patient care experience. Volunteers also participate in fundraising events that give back over $100,000 to the hospital each year.
