Nevada Ballet Theatre is pleased to announce the 40th Annual Black & White Ball with honoree and Woman of the Year, Dancing with the Star's Carrie Ann Inaba. This fundraiser is our biggest of the year, and goes to support all areas of the organization, including our Professional company and Community Education programs in local schools.
We are requesting volunteers for the Gift Bag Assembly and Distribution the morning of the Ball. We also have limited positions available for Ball Attendant. Please email mspain@nevadaballet.org with any questions about being a Ball Attendant.
VOLUNTEER NEEDS DESCRIPTION:
This shift will be the easiest on the feet! Come get cozy with us in our auxilliary space at the Encore the morning of the Ball and assemble dreamy donated gift bags from Diptyque! Best part is - you don't have to dress up! Woo! We will also need assistance to place the assembled gift bags on each seat in the ballroom once it is available. No specific attire is required, as this is BEFORE the Ball.
Donuts will be provided :)
The exact timing for this shift is TBD, but it will be late morning into early afternoon, depending on the Ballroom availability for distribution.

Beginning with its first performance over 52 years ago, NBT continues to bring the Las Vegas community closer to the art form of dance. A 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization and the largest professional ballet company and dance Academy in the state, NBT has enriched the lives of the people of Las Vegas through its professional main stage productions, an affiliated Academy offering the highest level of dance training, and outstanding Community Education programs for underserved youth. As the Resident Ballet Company of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, NBT remains at the heart of Las Vegas’ cultural landscape.
With a solid focus on dance education, a versatile Company of professional dancers and a growing repertoire, NBT stands as one of the city’s most beloved community treasures. Consistently seeking to engage new audiences and cultivate its national identity, unique dance experiences like A Choreographers’ Showcase (ACS), its collaboration with Cirque du Soleil that ran for over a decade, have created avenues of growth for local artists while enriching Las Vegas’ cultural community with new and original dance works each year.
