The direct Care Volunteer serves as an additional support to patients and families dealing with a terminal illness and end-of-life issues. Support is provided in a variety of ways, including the provision of companionship and socialization to patients, or offering respite to stressed caregivers. Description
We will guide you with grace
When someone you love is nearing the end of their life, it's hard to know what to do or even where to start. This is where our care begins. We're here to offer you the care and clarity you need with dignity and respect.
We offer support for the whole familyMany think hospice is only about end-of-life care, but it's so much more than that. We help people with a life-limiting illness, and their loved ones, make the most of the time they have together. We provide a unique plan of care that addresses the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of patients and their families during this challenging time.
