We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our volunteer program. As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for using tools and software to effectively manage volunteers, create engaging events for them to socialize, and connect them with mentors or like-minded individuals on the same career path.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize volunteer management software to recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers for various projects and initiatives.
• Organize and oversee volunteer events, meetups, and networking opportunities to foster connections and community engagement.
• Develop mentorship programs and match volunteers with mentors who can provide guidance and support in their career paths.
• Collaborate with team members to identify volunteer needs and opportunities for engagement within the organization.
• Track volunteer hours, activities, and feedback to assess program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• Communicate regularly with volunteers to provide updates, share opportunities, and express appreciation for their contributions.
