Recruiting Organization: Heartland Hospice - Wentzville Missouri

We are currently in need of patient friendly visitors. Our patients are often isolated and need some friendly visits. They would love to have someone present to read, play music, discuss current world events, or just be present. There are many different ways a volunteer can put a smile on the hearts of our patients and their families! Your only responsibility is to have a calming presence. I will train you and equip you with the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed. You are only required a minimum of 2-4 hrs. per month, more if you would like! Our goal is to have a volunteer available for our patients when they need one. You will be part of the hospice team. Our patients are in St. Charles, Warren, Montgomery, Pike, & Lincoln Counties!
