We're looking for people to join our Volunteer and Outreach Committee. This committee will work to improve the volunteer and outreach programs at Lenawee Humane Society. We'll discuss, brainstorm, collaborate, and implement new ideas to help make our programs better. No experience necessary, just a willingness to be open and listen to ideas. This committee meets once per month on the 2nd Thursday each month at 5:15pm.

Description
The Lenawee Humane Society (LHS) is a private, non-profit, tax exempt organization, dedicated to caring for unwanted animals and providing them with necessary medical treatment, food and shelter until we can find them a new home. Founded in 1921, the Lenawee Humane Society is incorporated by the State of Michigan but receives no government support. The Lenawee Humane Society is supported solely by donations and membership dues. As a Society, we believe that all life should be revered and that all living creatures should be treated with kindness and respect.
