FamilyMeans is looking for someone to provide in-home respite for a family in Oakdale. This is a household with someone who smokes. Given the nature of smoking most of our volunteers do not feel they can take on this responsibility. This person would stay with a care receiver for a few hours every week so the caregiver can take a break. This person would just need to provide companionship to this care receiver. They would not be responsible for any personal care related to this care receiver. The time this happens is flexible and can be done to work on your schedule.
