Hands of Hope Northwest, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to providing essential medical equipment to those in need, is seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to assist with front desk operations. This vital role entails running the front desk on Thursdays, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for individuals and families in need.

As a volunteer, you will be at the forefront of our organization's mission, actively contributing to the positive impact we make in our community. by taking chare of the front desk, you will play a crucial part in creating a warm and inclusive environment, where everyone feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing general information about our organization's Local Loan Program and international assistance.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

No prior experience is required, but strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
