Companis is a nonprofit dedicated to matching skilled volunteer workers with other nonprofits in need. We are the safety net for the safety nets. Companis has worked in Snohomish and King counties for nearly 30 years developing relationships with incredible individuals who want to give back. We work with small nonprofits serving our most vulnerable neighbors and feel honored to make these connections.
Companis supports prospective volunteers by finding the ideal fit for their time, energy, skills, and interests. We pride ourselves in working to ask the right questions and listen deeply to determine the best fit for all involved. As part of a Companis placement, you will meet with a Companis Program Manager to share your interests, skill sets, availability, and experience. The program manager will share additional information about available roles, local nonprofit agency needs, and Companis support and training. There is never a cost for volunteers or agencies to work with us. We are completely funded through individual donors, local partners, and grants.

Description
Companis has worked in Snohomish and King counties for nearly 30 years to match passionate volunteers with local nonprofit agencies in need. We ask the right questions and listen deeply to determine the right fit for both volunteer and agency.
As part of the Companis placement, you will meet with a Companis Program Manager to share your interests, skill sets, availability, and experience. The program manager will share additional information about available roles, local nonprofit agencies, and Companis expectations and training. Companis' goal is to find the right match for both our volunteer worker and the agency to ensure that you are supported the entire way!
