The Momentum Center is a non-profit grassroots movement to create a stigma-free community. The Momentum Center for Social Engagement is a social and recreational program for people with mental illness, addictions, and developmental disabilities. MOO-Mentum Ice Cream Parlor is located within the Momentum Center and operates as a public ice cream parlor in order to provide a place for integration and to eliminate stigma in the community.
Primary function is to serve ice cream, use a register to ring customers up for their purchases, and provide customer service to guests.
